The Dirk
Each year, the Vancouver Police Pipe Band awards a special honour to a member of the Band as the "Bandsman of the Year". This award is given to the band member who, over the course of the past year, shows significant dedication to the band. The member is awarded the above plaque and dirk which they wear throughout the year.
